The General Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between you and us and are deemed to have been accepted by you with your booking.
If one or more rooms are ordered and mutually confirmed in writing, the accommodation contract is concluded.
The written reservation confirmation will be sent to you by fax, e-mail or post. By returning the signed reservation confirmation (by fax, e-mail or by post), you irrevocably confirm the correctness of the booking data.
The reservation data are binding for both contracting parties. Reserved rooms are available to the guest on the day of arrival from 2 p.m.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m.
Cancellation policy:
If you withdraw from the trip for any reason, we will charge a processing fee of €25.00 up to the 30th day before the start of the rental. If we receive the cancellation later, we have to charge 80% of the rental price. A booking is considered canceled if the cancellation has been confirmed by us in writing (by fax, e-mail or by post). If you do not show up, we have to charge 100% of the rental price. If you break off your holiday prematurely, we will have to charge you the full holiday price. You are free to prove that our claim for damages did not arise or did not arise in the required amount. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
The settlement of the bill is due at the latest on departure. Payment methods: cash, EC card, bank transfer in advance

Pets:
You can take your dog with you after prior agreement with us and for a fee. Your dog is also allowed in the restaurant outside of mealtimes. Please leave your dog in your room during breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and during dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We also ask you to keep your dog on a leash in the hotel area.
Furthermore, we ask you not to take your dog to bed with you and not to sit on the couch. You are welcome to have a dog basket from us. Just ask us! If you decide to take your pet to bed or on the couch with you, we reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee of EUR 30.00.
For safety reasons, it is not permitted to bring radiant heaters, electric blankets, coolers, coffee machines and other technical devices with you due to the risk of fire.
Meals not consumed as part of breakfast, half-board or other services cannot be reimbursed.
The invalidity of individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An effective provision that comes as close as possible to its economic content shall replace an ineffective provision. The same applies to any gaps in the contract. We reserve the right to correct errors, in particular spelling or calculation errors in written offers, confirmations, the website or brochures of the Landhotel Neuof. Deviations and ancillary agreements must be recorded in writing.
The place of fulfillment is Neuhof bei Zenting and the place of jurisdiction is Freyung.
